We Are Family!

Our Mishpacha! program is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for the whole family to learn about Judaism together. Sessions begin with students and parents jointly meeting with Rabbi Mo, setting the stage for the day’s lesson. Then, students break out into age-specific learning groups; while parents remain to learn communally about the same topic with Rabbi Mo! We wrap up together with an experiential application of the day’s teachings.

This unique program combines the desire of today’s Jewish families to explore Judaism together, while simultaneously building relationships with their peers and fellow Micah community members both individually, and as a family. This is best illustrated by the annual Mishpacha! weekend retreat at the YMCA of the Rockies – a combination of deep learning, engaging discussion, and a healthy dose of family fun – as seen through a Jewish lens.

Mishpacha! culminates with an end-of-the-year, all-day bash at the end of April.
